CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT (Planning of tools in the class)

In this era, there are many things that can help our work especially in education field. As we know there are many tools that can help create something in classroom such as Gradebook, Lesson Planning, Scheduling, Quiz Creator, Behaviour Management, Miscellaneous. I will use tool of Behaviour management named warning sign Warning Sign (http://www.warningsigngenerator.com/). I will use it to make classroom agreement such as sign for don’t come late, don’t bring mobile phone, and keep class clean and so on. After I make classroom agreement with the student. I will ask student to make a group and each group will make warning sign based on the topic they have got like coming late, don’t bring mobile phone, keep class clean and so on. Moreover, I also will use tool lesson planning. It can be used for advance student especially for TEFL course. I will ask student to make lesson plan use this tool The Lesson Builder (http://thelessonbuilder.org), by using this tool student can write their idea or lesson step without making table or something else.

In addition. I will use another tool for grading Engrade (http://www.engrade.com). It can be used for intermediate until advance student. Teacher not only can give grade for student but also give massage to the student. I also interested in quiz creator Quizstar (http://quizstar.4teachers.org/). It is useful to check student understanding about the material. The most interest tool that I like very much is Worksheet creator (http://www.havefunteaching.com/worksheets/create-your-own-worksheets). It is very useful tool. I will use it to make media for warming up, when I click menu WORKSHEET on the top, there are many option that I can use for warming up or make activities in classroom. Like puzzle, timelime and so on. In brief. Based on all those tools above, we should have good management to make all activities in classroom run well including time management. Time management is very important in order to make all activities equal, not only focus on one activity.
