VIDEOSCRIBE (Integrated Skills) and STRUGGLING

I have done VideoScribe that still new for me. It needed big struggle to be finished. My struggle in this duty is how to make software Sparkol VideoScribe full version. I have looked for software Sparkol VideoScribe full version everywhere. After I got it, I install it in my PC and follow the instruction to make full version. Here I found problem, when I click the icon to open. This software only display "downloading essential update" and I wait for long time. After that, this software asked me to enter email and password; I put the email and password that I found in instruction of installing software. Then I can open this software and I make a video. I think this software have already full version. I have not finish yet create my video and i close this software. When I continue my video project in my boarding house. I can not open this software. This software asked me to connect to the internet to log in. Finally, on the next day I log in again in Campus, after that I hibernate my laptop and continue my video project in my boarding house. I need 2 hours to finish and this is my video.
