Organic food healthier than non organic
food because organic food very natural. It is kept from chemical such as
chemical fertilizer, pesticide and so on. Organic food keeps the environment
like land, air and water free from pollution. Organic food has much nutrition such as
vitamin C, calcium, and phosphor that very useful for our body. Organic food is
more durable than non-organic. It is because organic food contains less water
than non-organic food. By eating organic food we can avoid many diseases like
cancer, high blood, diabetes, etc. Organic food is not only making our body
healthy but also can reduce overweight. The natural of organic food is very
easy for our body to absorb. Organic food can lengthen our life because it does
not contain chemical that damage our body cell. We can see people who life by
eating organic food is have long life than people eat non organic food. In addition,
organic food which is growing in fertility land has good taste. Many restaurants
that consume organic food because have good taste. An expectant mother is good
when she consume organic food because there is no chemical and make her baby
healthier. So, it is better for housewife to consume organic food, it can make
our family healthy and long life.
